Remote Delivery Centres: Made to respond to our clients’ needs

At Alithya, we’re proud to offer our teams exceptional work environments. As one of our company’s key attributes, our Remote Delivery Centres (RDCs) were created to respond to the needs of our clients and enable us to deliver projects effectively and with a sustained spirit of collaboration.

Bringing together multidisciplinary teams made up of seasoned IT specialists, our RDCs have everything it takes to successfully deliver projects. That’s what sets them apart. With flexible managers, talented recruiters, sharp researchers and information scientists, our teams are solid. By overseeing governance near our clients, both in Canada and France, and by remaining agile, we prove our commitment and desire to keep our customers satisfied. We give clients various options, such as renting space within our offices, co-managing projects or requesting turnkey service. Our job is to listen and provide assistance in all project phases, taking into account tight delivery schedules and specific constraints, while keeping costs to a minimum. We assist clients from various fields, including the telecommunications, health care, transportation and the financial sectors.

Our latest achievement: Alithya FinTech LAB

Our most recent project was designed in collaboration with one of our biggest clients from the financial sector. The company is working together with our teams to update their ATM interfaces and service counters. Created in a record time of just 7 weeks, the Alithya FinTech LAB is a collaborative space where experts from both organizations can come together to work on this massive undertaking. With 120 work stations, various conference rooms and a lab equipped with 10 ATMs, the Alithya FinTech LAB will be used to develop and fine-tune our expertise in financial technology (FinTech).
